• We may decline, pause, or end participation at our discretion, including where conduct puts participants or staff at risk.

Donations are processed by Zeffy, our third-party donation partner, under Zeffy's own terms and privacy policy. We do not receive or store your card details. Donations are generally non-refundable; if you believe a gift was made in error, contact us and we will work with you and our processor to resolve it.

Martina's Outreach is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Tax deductibility depends on your individual circumstances and applicable law — please consult your own tax advisor. Confirmation emails and receipts are provided for your records.

The Martina's Outreach name, logo, text, and design on this site belong to the organization or its licensors. You may share and link to our pages. Please do not copy our materials for commercial use or use our name or logo in a way that suggests endorsement without written permission.

We link to and embed third-party services, including our donation form and social media profiles. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, terms, or practices.

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and without warranties. We are not responsible for interruptions, errors, or losses arising from use of the site, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
