• Program enrollment form: name, email address, optional phone number, the program you selected, and any message you write.
• Webinar registration: name, email address, and the session you choose.
• Volunteer application: name, email address, optional phone, optional city, areas of interest, availability, and any experience you describe.
• Partnership inquiry: organization name, contact name, email, optional phone, optional website, partnership type, and goals.
• Newsletter signup: email address.
• Donation confirmation page: if our donation partner returns them, the donation amount, date, donor name, email, and a transaction reference are used to send a receipt.
• Basic server and error logs generated automatically when pages are requested.

• To respond to your request and enroll, register, or follow up with you.
• To send transactional confirmation emails and donation receipts.
• To send our newsletter, only to people who asked for it.
• To keep records of program participation and organizational support.
• To detect and investigate abuse of our forms and website.

This website does not set advertising cookies and does not use Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, TikTok, LinkedIn Insight, session recording, or heatmap tools. Our donation form is embedded from Zeffy, and Zeffy may set its own cookies inside that embedded frame under its own privacy policy. Your browser may store limited technical values required for the site to function.

• Our hosting and database provider, which stores form submissions on our behalf.
• Our email delivery provider, which sends confirmation and newsletter messages.
• Zeffy, our donation processor. Payment details are entered directly with Zeffy — card numbers never pass through or get stored on our systems.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We keep program, volunteer, partnership, and donation-related records for as long as needed for our organizational, reporting, and recordkeeping purposes, and then delete them. Newsletter records are kept until you unsubscribe. If you ask us to delete your information sooner, we will do so unless we are required to keep it.

• Unsubscribe: every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link, and we stop sending marketing email once you use it.
• Access, correction, or deletion: email us and we will handle your request as soon as possible.
• You are never required to give us optional fields such as phone number or city.

Privacy rights differ by state and country. Which laws apply to us has not been determined by legal counsel, so this notice describes our practices rather than making legal claims. We honor access and deletion requests from anyone who asks.

Our programs serve young people, and adults such as parents, guardians, and school or community partners are expected to submit forms on a minor's behalf. Please do not have a child under 13 submit personal information through this website. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.

We use access-controlled storage, encrypted connections, and server-side validation, and we limit who can view submissions. No website or organization can guarantee absolute security, and we do not claim that ours is impenetrable.
